Customer Service Executive

Job Description

  • Receive and handle customer inquiries related to logistics services (transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, documentation, etc.).
  • Track shipments and provide customers with timely and accurate updates on transportation status.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Customs, etc.) to ensure orders are processed on schedule.
  • Handle issues and resolve customer complaints that may arise during the transportation process.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain related documentation (Booking, Invoice, Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, etc., if applicable).
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide post-service customer support.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • College or university degree in Logistics, Import–Export, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Logistics Customer Service position or a related field (fresh graduates with strong knowledge are welcome to apply).
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel.
  • Basic English skills, including the ability to read and understand emails and shipping documents.
