Warehouse Staff

Job Description

  • Perform warehouse inbound and outbound operations.
  • Check the quantity, quality, and type of goods during receiving and dispatching.
  • Arrange goods in the warehouse systematically, efficiently, and safely.
  • Monitor minimum stock levels and conduct periodic inventory checks.
  • Reconcile related documents such as goods receipt notes, invoices, and inbound orders.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations, including proper documentation and handover.
  • Report any discrepancies or losses to the supervisor.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and workplace safety.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor and provide support when required.

Job Requirements

  • Gender: Male.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Education: College degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or other related economic fields.
  • Persistent, proactive, responsible, and dedicated to work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good physical health and willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Good understanding of warehouse inbound and outbound procedures.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Honest, careful, and highly responsible in performing tasks.
